For a Tuesday order, choose an available delivery window on Wednesday or Thursday. For a Thursday order, choose an available window on Friday or Saturday. You choose your delivery window after ordering.

Yes. After ordering, use the delivery link in your confirmation text to select an available delivery window that works for you.

Someone 21 or older with valid ID must be present to accept the delivery. Alcohol cannot be left unattended.

DoorDash Drive handles delivery. You do not need a DoorDash account. Watch for delivery updates after your order is confirmed.

Reply to your Brwtxt text and tell us what happened. We can have a full conversation in the same thread to help with order, delivery or other issues.

Once placed, beer orders cannot be changed or cancelled. You can change your delivery window through the delivery link until 90 minutes before scheduled arrival. For requests outside the 48-hour delivery window, reply to your Brwtxt text to contact us directly.

Yes, as long as the address is in our delivery area and someone 21+ with valid ID can receive the order. Text us the details before ordering so we can confirm.

After signing up, open The Fridge to update your details and beer preferences. For billing questions or help with your account, simply reply to any Brwtxt text—we can have a full conversation, not just take orders.

No. We use your phone number to send Brwtxt offers, order updates, and account-related messages. We do not sell your phone number.

Sometimes. Our offers change based on availability, but you can text us your preferences anytime. If you’re looking for NA, gluten free, low ABV, or anything specific, tell us and we’ll keep it in mind.

Brü sends personalized beer recommendations on Tuesday and Thursday. There is no obligation to order—ignore any pick you do not want.
