How often will I receive deals?

Once per week at this time (likely Wed or Thur).
How much does it cost? Is delivery free?

Registration is completely free! When we text you with a beer, we will let you know how much a 4 pack costs and you can decide if you'd like to try it. Our mission is to get you the best deal on the best beers. We add a $7.50 delivery fee on every order. Currently we are only serving Los Angeles and Orange counties. If we are offering free delivery on a particular beer we will let you know in the text.
Do I need a California ID?

You must be home to receive your order and you must present a valid ID showing you are over the age of 21 to the delivery driver. It does not have to be a California ID.
Do I reply if I don’t want to place an order?

No, if a beer isn't for you simply ignore the text, we wont be offended!
Do I need a DoorDash account?

No. You will receive update texts directly from DoorDash when you place an order.
When will I get my beer?

Delivery happens in a window that will likely be between 4PM-8PM. Delivery is next day only. Never Same Day or On Demand.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Once you place your order you cannot change it, but you can cancel through the DoorDash app.
How long does the deal last?

All of our deals will last until we either run out of stock, or a new deal is sent out.
Is there a limit to how many orders I can place?

There is a 10-order limit per customer per deal. There is also limited inventory, so if stock is too low to fulfill your order or if it's sold out we will text you.
How do I update my shipping or billing details?

A customer interface is coming soon. Feel free to reach out contact@brwtxt.com.
How can I stop receiving deals?

Easy, just reply 'STOP' to the last deal you received and we will remove you from our list. You can also use the Opt Out form at the bottom of this page. If you change your mind you will need to re-subscribe at brwtxt.com to receive new deals.
